finally finished setting up the living room for new housemates! excited =) 

                                       
An unexpected call last night- turns out my newly committed housemmate is moving in today! The initial move was supposed to be set sometime in November due to my delayed (haven't even touched) task of lugging out boxes and junk from the empty rooms.
The house is old and in need of some serious revamping- so hey, now that extra hand i've been in need of lives just down the hall from me =)
a terrific win-win.
